Ola joined the team on Oct. 24, Sylvia and Jessica joined Dec. 2 and Shahad is joining us in January 2025.

Ola’s role involves creating and maintaining a user manual for the R&I customer relationship management (CRM) system. Her responsibilities also include reviewing and updating internal R&I processes to ensure efficiency and compliance, while providing operational support.

She is an internationally trained administrative professional with over seven years of experience in providing organizational and operational support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and an Administration Certificate from Sheridan College.

As the Technical Sales Manager for WAMIC, Sylvia assists companies in identifying opportunities for innovation that could improve their products or manufacturing processes. She has over 25 years of experience in utility metering, energy management and operational efficiency. Sylvia is a graduate of Electrical Engineering Power Systems from Mohawk College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration.

As the Administrative Assistant with FBIC, Jessica provides administrative support including project documentation and metrics support, tracking project data, purchasing, and event administration.

She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and Certificate in Office Administration from Conestoga College. Jessica brings more than a decade of diverse administrative experience including executive administrative support, health and safety coordination, office management, and human resources management.
