Ola joined the team on Oct. 24, Sylvia and Jessica joined Dec. 2 and Shahad is joining us in January 2025.
Ola’s role involves creating and maintaining a user manual for the R&I customer relationship management (CRM) system. Her responsibilities also include reviewing and updating internal R&I processes to ensure efficiency and compliance, while providing operational support.
She is an internationally trained administrative professional with over seven years of experience in providing organizational and operational support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and an Administration Certificate from Sheridan College.
