Our research laboratories, located at our Daniel J. Patterson campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake, offer beverage and hops analysis services. Testing is conducted using our suite of Anton Paar Analyzers or official methods of the American Society of Brewing Chemists.

We are committed to helping you consistently produce beverages that meet regulatory and quality standards. To support this, in addition to our standard lab services, we offer Beverage Quality Assurance Packages which provide discounts for regularly scheduled testing. Available in quarterly, bi-monthly and monthly packages, these also include an on-going report summary so you can easily keep track of results.  

We are happy to announce that, in partnership with the Ontario Craft Brewers (OCB), we offer a 15% discount to all OCB members on beer analysis services. For Hop Growers, we have partnered with the Ontario Hop Growers Association (OHGA) and the Alberta Hop Producers Association (AHPA) and are offering a 15% discount to all OHGA and AHPA members on hops analysis services.

FBIC is the OHGA approved lab to assess hops for Ontario Hop Market (OHM) participants.
